上海大学中欧工程技术学院是经国家教育部正式批准的，由上海大学与法国技术大学集团联合举办的中外合作办学学院。学院的筹建得到了中国和法国教育部及中法两国工程院的支持，2006年11月5日，中法两国工程院院长徐匡迪院士和弗朗索瓦·吉诺院士共同为中欧工程技术学院揭牌。（上海大学中欧工程技术学院网址http://www.utseus.shu.edu.cn/Default.aspx）
    作为上海大学目前唯一的工程类国际合作办学学院，上海大学中欧工程技术学院的创立旨在通过引进法国工程师教育的培养模式，致力于培养在中法双文化环境中全面发展的、懂得国际工程设计规范、具有国际意识和国际工作能力的高级工程技术人才和高级技术管理人才。中欧工程技术学院追求精英培养的目标，体现在学生的素质、学术的严谨、工程教学的方法、工业关系的发展以及国内外的科研合作。

一、任职条件
1、爱岗敬业，求真务实，治学严谨，为人正派，具有强烈的事业心，良好的职业道德和团队协作精神；
2、熟悉中外合作办学规律，了解中外合作办学发展状况，具有较强的组织协调能力和管理决策能力；
3、具有国际化视野，原则上有海外留学、工作经历，具有良好的法语或英语的交流沟通能力；
4、国内应聘者一般应具有高级专业技术职务；国外应聘者一般应具有知名大学终身副教授及以上职位、知名研究机构研究员或相应职位；
5、身体健康，能全职在岗。
二、岗位职责
1、全面主持学院的行政工作，对接学校战略目标，制定学院发展规划；健全并完善学院的教学、科研、行政管理体制和机制，着力提高工程师人才培养质量，着力实现法国工程师培养本地化；
2、积极引进具有较强影响力的学科带头人，着力构建师资队伍，培养优秀中青年骨干教师，建设一支较高水平的专、兼职教师队伍；
3、加强与法国UT教育集团的合作，拓展科研合作，开拓研究生合作办学项目；
4、加强与企业、特别是中法合作企业的联系，充分发挥企业在工程师培养过程中的积极作用；推动与企业的科研合作，为国家和上海地方经济社会建设服务；
5、加强学院全面预算管理，建立学院的投入产出机制，提升学院办学、科研效益。
三、应聘程序
1、应聘者填写《上海大学公开招聘学院院长报名表》，并提供以下材料：（1）各类证书复印件：包括学历学位证书、专业职务资格证书、各类获奖证书等；（2）简历：包括教育经历、工作经历，以及近5年承担的科研项目、发表论文和专著情况；（3）三位以上本学科领域的专家推荐信及推荐人的姓名和联系方式；（4）应聘者对应聘后的工作的设想、计划和目标；（5）应聘者希望学校提供的工作待遇、生活条件及其他需要说明的情况；
2、资格审查和初选：传统资格审查和结合邀请应聘人员来校作学术报告或学术交流等形式进行；
3、面试和答辩：由答辩委员会进行面试和问询；
4、确定拟聘人选；
5、公示：在一定范围内进行公示，征求各方面意见；
6、聘任：按照学校相关程序予以聘任，兑现待遇。
四、聘期及待遇
1、每个聘期为三年，其中试用期为一年，聘期内全职在中欧工程技术学院工作；
2、依照国家和学校有关规定享受相应待遇，或根据聘任者要求，执行协议待遇，具体情况面议。

Recruitment for the Dean of Sino-European School of Technology of Shanghai University
Shanghai University, as a member university of the national project 211, is a comprehensive university jointly established by China’s Ministry of Education and Shanghai Municipal Government. Shanghai University aims strategically to build into a leading global university with distinctive features. With its talent strategy as the top priority, SHU boasts a great team of faculty and researchers with international horizon, strong academic influence and competitive edges in a myriad of disciplines.
Shanghai University and French UT Education Group jointly established Sino-European School of Technology of Shanghai University (hereinafter referred to as UTSEUS), which was officially approved by China’s Ministry of Education. The joint school is fully supported by the two countries’ Education Ministry and Engineering Academy. UTSEUS was unveiled by Xu Kuangdi, the then President of Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE), and Francois Gino, President of the French Engineering Academy on November 5, 2006.
As the only international joint school of engineering in Shanghai University, UTSEUS introduces French engineering education mode, aiming to cultivate international senior engineers and engineering managers in Sino-French dual culture environment. UTSEUS is pursuing the goal of elite education through academic rigor, advanced teaching method, close industry relation, domestic and overseas research cooperation.
UTSEUS vision is to be a Sino-French joint school of engineering with international reputation, integrating the development of research, teaching and industry relations.

II. Required Qualifications
1. Applicants should be dedicated to education work, realistic and rigorous in knowledge with strong dedication, professional ethics, and teamwork spirit.
2. Applicants should be familiar with the laws of higher education and the status quo of China’s higher education. Strong organizing and coordinating capacities are also required.
3. Applicants should have international perspective with overseas study and work experience, and proper French or English communication skills.
4. Chinese applicants should be professors. Overseas applicants should hold tenured associate professorship or above in prestigious universities, or researchers in renowned research institutes.
5. Applicants should be healthy and work full-time.
III. Responsibilities
1. In charge of the administrative work of UTSEUS, consistent with the university’s strategies and objectives; stay sensitive to the frontiers of disciplines’ development and make school development plans; establish a better mechanism of teaching, researching, administrative management, and focus on improving the quality of student cultivation to achieve the localization of French engineer education.
2. Actively introduce academic leaders with strong academic influences, focus on building an excellent faculty team.
3. Strengthen cooperation with French UT Education Group, expand scientific research cooperation, and develop joint master programs.
4. Strengthen the cooperation with the industry, especially with the Sino-French enterprises, which will play an important role in the process of engineer education; promote scientific research cooperation with enterprises, contributing to the national and Shanghai local economic and social construction.
5. Responsible for the school’s overall budget management, the establishment of the school's input and output mechanism to enhance the efficiency in education and scientific research.
IV. Application Procedures
1. Applicants need to fill in the "Application form for school deans in Shanghai University", and provide the following documentation: (1) the copies of all certificates, including academic degree certificate(s), professional qualification certificate(s), honor certificate(s), etc.; (2) resume: including education experience, work experience, publications and scientific research projects undertaken in recent 5 years; (3) at least three reference letters from experts in the same field with the name and contact information of the referrers; (4)applicants’ working plan and objectives; (5)applicants’ expectations about working benefits, living conditions and other requests.
2. Qualification review and primary selection: review application documents, and invite candidates for academic speech or exchange in Shanghai University.
3. Interview and defense: applicants will be interviewed and inquired by the defense committee.
4. Determine the proposed candidates.
5. Publicity: publicize the result, and solicit views from all parties concerned.
6. Appointment: recruit and appoint the candidate in accordance with relevant procedures.
V. Employment term and benefits
A full-time position with a term of three years, including one year’s probationary.

L’UTSEUS est un institut sino-français de la formation d’ingénieur reconnu par le Ministère de l’Education et créé conjointement par l’Université de Shanghai et les Universités de Technologies françaises. Soutenu par les ministères et les Académies d’ingénierie des deux pays, l’UTSEUS a été inauguréé le 5 novembre 2006 par le président de l’Academie d’ingénierie chinoise M. XU Kuangdi et son homologue français M. Jean GUINOT.
Unique école d’ingénieur en partenariat avec l’étranger au sein de l’Université de Shanghai, l’UTSEUS vise à former, via le transfert du modèle français, des ingénieurs et des cadres dotés d’une vision internationale, qui maîtrisent les normes internationales de la conception technique et qui sont capables de travailler et de s’évoluer dans un contexte multiculturel. L’objectif de la formation de l’UTSEUS se traduit par les qualités de ses diplômés, la rigueur académique, la méthodologie de la formation d’ingénieur, les relations industrielles et la coopération en recherche.

1、Profil recherché :
1）Rigueur, intégrité, sérieux, sens de responsabilités, professionnalisme et sens d’équipe ;
2 ） Capacité de gestion, d’organisation et de décision avec une bonne connaissance des programmes de formation partenaires ;
3 ）Bonne vision internationale, études ou séjour professionnel à l’étranger, bonne communication en français ou en anglais ;
4 ）Niveau académique : titre de professeur pour les candidats en Chine, « tenured » professeur associé dans des universités connues ou poste équivalent dans des institutions pour les candidats à l’étranger ;
5 ）Bonne santé qui permet d’assumer un poste à temps plein
2、Responsabilités :
1 ）Assurer le fonctionnement administratif de l’UTSEUS, élaborer des plans d’actions en connexion avec les stratégies de l’Université de Shanghai, consolider ou optimiser les systèmes/mécanismes de formation, de recherche et de gouvernance, améliorer la qualité de formation et renforcer le transfert du modèle français de formation d’ingénieur ;
2 ）Faire venir les responsables de différentes disciplines, recruter une équipe enseignante propre à l’UTSEUS, former des jeunes enseignants, construire une équipe professorale de haut niveau ;
3 ）Renforcer la coopération avec les UT, promouvoir la recherche en partenariat et exploiter le programme conjoint de master ;
4 ）Renforcer le lien avec le monde industriel surtout les entreprises partenaires, mettre en valeur le rôle des inudstriels dans la formation, favoriser la coopération en recherche avec les entrerprises ;
5）Optimiser la gestion du budget, établir des analyses entrées-sorties, augmenter la rentabilité de la formation et de la recherche
3、Procédure :
1 ）Le dossier de candidature doit comprendre : 1. Formulaire (ci-dessous) rempli ; 2. Copie des diplômes et des certificats ; 3. CV qui retrace les formations, les expériences professionnelles, les projets de recherche assumés et les publications/ouvrages depuis 5 ans ; 4. Plus de 3 lettres de recommandations dans son propre domaine ainsi que les noms et les coordonnées des personnes en référence ; 5. Réflexions sur son travail de directeur ( projet, actions et objectifs à réaliser) si recruté ; 6. Conditions souhaitées ;
2 ）Présélection des candidatures : tri sélectif des dossiers ; éventuellement conférences données par les candidats organisées à SHU ;
3 ）Entretien face à un jury ;
4 ）choix du candidat ;
5 ）publication de l’information pour demander des avis ;

4、durée du contrat et conditions :
1 ）Le contrat dure 3 ans dont le premier an est considéré comme une période d’essai, le futur directeur travaillera pendant toute la durée à l’UTSEUS à temps plein ;
